I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of therapy success.
Before anything else, we’ll focus on getting to know you. Not just your struggles, but your strengths, your story, and what healing looks like in your life. I want to understand what matters to you, what’s been hard, and what you’re hoping for. Therapy should feel safe, supportive, and like a space where you can be fully yourself. That sense of trust is the foundation for everything we’ll do together.
At a pace that feels right for you, we’ll explore how past experiences may still be affecting your present. Anxiety might show up as overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling like you constantly have to prove yourself. It may also look like difficulty setting boundaries, using substances to cope, feeling numb or guilty, or being emotionally exhausted. For some, sleep is restless or filled with nightmares. However it shows up, your experiences are real and you don’t have to carry them alone.
Together, we’ll gently untangle these patterns and help you build something new. You’ll learn tools that actually work, while also gaining the confidence to live in a way that feels lighter, more grounded, and more like yourself.
If you’re coming to therapy as a couple, I provide a calm, neutral space where both partners feel heard and supported. I don’t take sides; instead, I help you slow down, communicate more clearly, and better understand the patterns shaping your relationship. Whether you’re hoping to reconnect, navigate conflict, or gain clarity about your future, we’ll work together in a way that feels respectful and aligned with your goals.
As a White and cisgender therapist, I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space. I recognize that our identities, cultures, and lived experiences shape how we move through the world. I approach each client with humility, curiosity, and respect, with the goal of helping you feel seen, heard, and valued exactly as you are.

The foundation of therapy is the connection between us. A place where your voice is welcomed and your journey is honored.
First, we’ll take time to connect and build trust. I want to know your story, your strengths, and the ways your past has shaped your experience. Healing means something different to everyone, and I want to understand what it means for you. Creating a space where you feel safe and truly heard is the foundation of everything we do together.
At a pace that feels manageable, we’ll explore how the pain and stress you’ve carried. Maybe it’s in the form of intense emotions, overwhelming relationships, or patterns that keep repeating. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of young adulthood, college life, or beyond, you might be struggling with people-pleasing, feeling misunderstood, or carrying deep wounds from trauma and attachment. Maybe you’re exhausted from the constant inner turmoil or feel like your feelings are too much to handle. Whatever you’re facing, we’ll work together to find tools and ways to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself.
I’m committed to holding space for all parts of your identity and experience, including the cultural and social forces that shape your journey. I actively strive to honor diversity and approach our work with sensitivity to issues of power and privilege. You deserve to be seen, heard, and valued exactly as you are.

I believe that true change happens in safe environments.
You’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you’re not even sure who you are anymore.
Maybe life looks different than you imagined. If you’re navigating divorce, kids growing up, a move, or the complexity of a blended family, you may be grieving what was—or what you hoped would be. Even if you’re holding it all together on the outside, inside you might feel exhausted, resentful, or quietly lost. If you’ve survived a relationship that wasn’t safe, the emotional weight can linger long after it ends. You don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m Angela, and I help individuals and couples reconnect with themselves during life transitions that can feel overwhelming and disorienting. Whether you’re adjusting to an empty house, navigating divorce, or carrying the emotional demands of parenting, therapy can be a place to finally slow down and focus on you.
In our work together, we’ll start by getting to know your story—your strengths, your pain, and the parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and steady, creating space for you to exhale and feel understood.
Often, past experiences show up in the present as people-pleasing, burnout, guilt, anger, or feeling stuck. You may be used to saying “I’m fine” while feeling anything but. Together, we’ll gently unpack what’s been weighing on you and help you rebuild a sense of clarity, confidence, and connection with yourself.
I approach therapy with deep respect for the identities, experiences, and systems that shape your life. My goal is to create a space where every part of your story is welcomed with care, curiosity, and without judgment.

I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable being themselves.
First, we will focus on getting to know you. I want to understand what weighs on you, what keeps your mind racing, and what you wish felt different. You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in self-doubt, emotionally exhausted, or carrying experiences that still feel heavy. Whether you’re a teen trying to find your place or an adult navigating constant pressure and expectations, you don’t have to figure it out alone. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you feel safe being yourself. Together we will create a space where you feel heard, supported, and never judged.
At a pace that feels right to you, we will explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and the world. Anxiety may show up as overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling like you’re never “good enough.” You may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward after painful experiences. Together, we will gently untangle these patterns and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you; it’s about helping you understand yourself, heal, and trust your ability to navigate life’s challenges. I will walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way. I am especially passionate about working with teens and helping them feel understood, build confidence, and learn they don’t have to face things alone.

I believe that kids & teens do their best in therapy when they feel truly heard & understood.
Parenting (or being a teenager for that matter) is a lot harder than you imagined. If child or teen is having a tough time with big emotions, anxiety, or life changes, I offer a warm, creative, and collaborative space where they can show up exactly as they are. With me, judgement is the last thing you need to worry about; I meet all of my clients and their caregivers with empathy and understanding. I know it can be hard for kids and teens to feel truly understood, and that’s where therapy can make a difference. Together, we’ll help your child feel seen, heard, and supported while they explore their feelings, build confidence, and develop ways to cope with stress.
I work with children (age 6+) and teens who are navigating emotional, social, or life challenges. For younger kids, I use play therapy and creative approaches to help them express feelings they may not yet have the words for. For teens, I combine person-centered therapy, CBT, and grounding techniques to help them manage anxiety, make sense of their emotions, and feel more confident in themselves.
I also partner with parents and caregivers when it’s helpful, offering guidance to strengthen your connection and create consistency between home and therapy.
Many kids and teens come to me for support with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem, and relationship struggles. My goal is to create a safe space where your child or teen can grow, heal, and feel secure in who they are. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” them, it’s about helping them feel better, stronger, and more understood every step of the way.
