Meet Bethany Kroesing
You’re already stronger than you think you are.
Remember a time when anxiety and self-doubt weren’t the norm? Those days feel like a distant memory.
Don’t you wish you had the tools to change that?
You’re in the right place.
I’m Bethany, and I help people just like you. The ones that have it in them to heal from the past so they can thrive today.
Maybe you overthink everything, second-guess your every move, or feel like you're not “good enough” no matter how hard you try. Maybe you're constantly anxious, emotionally drained, or replaying past experiences that you wish you could just get over but can't. And in your relationship, things feel confusing, distant, or like you're walking on eggshells.
You're not broken. And you're not alone.
I help people find peace, clarity, and confidence, even if right now that feels out of reach. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, trauma, OCD, or challenges in your relationship, our work together will focus on helping you feel more like yourself again.
I’m not the type of therapist who just nods and asks how that makes you feel. I’m here to really listen, offer honest insight, and guide you toward lasting change. I use effective, research-backed methods like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which helps many people feel better faster without having to talk through every painful memory in detail.
I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and tailored to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. Just real, meaningful work to help you move forward.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk with you.
My style
I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of therapy success.
FBefore anything else, we’ll focus on getting to know you — not just your struggles, but your strengths, your story, and what healing looks like in your life. I want to understand what matters to you, what’s been hard, and what you’re hoping for. Therapy should feel safe, supportive, and like a space where you can be fully yourself. That sense of trust is the foundation for everything we’ll do together.
At a pace that feels right for you, we’ll begin to look at how past experiences may still be affecting your present. Maybe anxiety shows up through overthinking, people pleasing, or constantly needing to prove yourself. Maybe it’s more hidden, like struggling to set boundaries, turning to substances to cope, or feeling numb, guilty, or emotionally exhausted. For some, sleep is restless and filled with nightmares. However it shows up, you're not making it up, and you don't have to carry it alone.
In our work together, I’ll help you untangle these patterns and begin to build something new. You’ll learn tools that actually work. But more than that, you’ll gain the confidence to live in a way that feels lighter, more grounded, and more like yourself.
If you’re coming to therapy as a couple, I hold a calm, neutral space where both partners feel supported and heard. I don’t take sides or keep score. Instead, I help you slow things down, communicate more clearly, and better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Whether you're looking to reconnect, navigate ongoing conflict, or decide the future of your relationship through discernment counseling, we’ll work together in a way that feels authentic, respectful, and aligned with your goals.
As a White and cisgender therapist, I hold a deep commitment to creating an inclusive and affirming space. I know that therapy does not happen in a vacuum. Our identities, culture, lived experiences, and the systems we move through all shape how we show up in the world. I strive to hold space for those complexities with humility, care, and curiosity. My goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and valued exactly as you are.
I am dedicated to helping people feel inner peace.
My training in trauma and anxiety means that I have the expertise you need and deserve to heal from the past and live today to the fullest. But at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who truly understands. In a world where it’s often easier to pretend that everything’s okay instead of letting others see the vulnerable parts of you, my goal is to provide a space where you can be authentically you.
My approach is grounded in the belief that in many ways I am just like you. Another human filled with hope, curiosity, and goals to better myself one day at a time. I know that our world is filled with uncertainty, which is why I have devoted my career to helping people break free from the weight that holds them down. You don’t have to carry it by yourself anymore. When we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through.

Meet Anaka Degner
The patterns that once protected you don’t have to define your future.
There may have been a time when your emotions didn’t feel so loud, when you didn’t have to second-guess every reaction or overanalyze every relationship.
But now, you're constantly managing trauma responses that feel out of your control. The emotional intensity, the fear of abandonment, the inner critic that never seems to quiet down. It’s exhausting.
You’re not broken. These are responses to pain, not proof that something’s wrong with you.
You’re just ready to stop surviving and start healing.
We can break free of these patterns, together.
I’m Anaka, and I help women and young adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in patterns they can’t explain, or unsure how to truly feel safe in their own skin.
Many of my clients are in a season of life filled with change, like starting college, navigating early adulthood, or trying to figure out who they are outside of other people’s expectations. It can feel like everyone else has it figured out while you're just trying to stay afloat.
Maybe you're feeling drained from trying to manage intense emotions, overthinking every relationship, or carrying trauma that others don’t see. You might feel like you’re “too much” one minute and “not enough” the next. The truth is, these are signs of pain, not proof that something is wrong with you.
You deserve a space where you don’t have to explain away your feelings or shrink yourself to be accepted.
In therapy, we’ll work together to understand where these patterns come from and begin to create something different. Something more grounded, more connected, more you. You don’t have to go through this alone. Healing is possible, even if you’ve never experienced what safety or self-trust feels like before.
You’re not broken. You’re just ready for something more, and you’re in the right place.
My style
The foundation of therapy is the connection between us. A place where your voice is welcomed and your journey is honored.
First, we’ll take time to connect and build trust. I want to know your story, your strengths, and the ways your past has shaped your experience. Healing means something different to everyone, and I want to understand what it means for you. Creating a space where you feel safe and truly heard is the foundation of everything we do together.
At a pace that feels manageable, we’ll explore how the pain and stress you’ve carried. Maybe it’s in the form of intense emotions, overwhelming relationships, or patterns that keep repeating. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of young adulthood, college life, or beyond, you might be struggling with people-pleasing, feeling misunderstood, or carrying deep wounds from trauma and attachment. Maybe you’re exhausted from the constant inner turmoil or feel like your feelings are too much to handle. Whatever you’re facing, we’ll work together to find tools and ways to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself.
I’m committed to holding space for all parts of your identity and experience, including the cultural and social forces that shape your journey. I actively strive to honor diversity and approach our work with sensitivity to issues of power and privilege. You deserve to be seen, heard, and valued exactly as you are.
My work is rooted in a deep understanding of trauma and emotional intensity, because I know how heavy it can feel to carry pain that others don’t always see. You deserve more than just tools and techniques (though we’ll have those, too). You deserve to feel understood.
For so many of my clients, it’s easier to pretend things are fine than to let others see what’s really going on beneath the surface. If that’s you, know this: you don’t have to hide the messy or complicated parts here. My goal is to create a space where you can show up fully, without shame, without judgment.
Together, we’ll explore how your past may have shaped the way you relate to others, how hard it can feel to set boundaries, or how quickly emotions can go from zero to one hundred. Maybe you’ve been told you’re “too sensitive” or “too much,” when really you’ve been doing your best to survive in a world that hasn’t always felt safe. I want to help you make sense of your inner world so that your identity isn’t built on protection, but on self-trust.
I approach therapy as another human being, I’m someone who’s also doing the work, asking the hard questions, and trying to grow one day at a time. I bring my training and experience, but I also bring warmth, curiosity, and real compassion. You’re not alone in this. Together, we’ll work to loosen the grip of the past so you can build a future that feels more like yours.
My passion is helping you find calm within the chaos, creating space for healing.

Meet Angela Matter
You’ve been strong for everyone else. Now it’s time to let that strength serve you, too.
Remember when you felt more like yourself, before the anxiety, the self-doubt, and the constant pressure to hold everything together? That version of you might feel far away right now.
Maybe you're wondering who you are outside of being a mom, a partner, or the one who always keeps it all going. Maybe you're just tired of pretending you’re okay when inside, things feel heavy and uncertain. You don’t have to keep doing this alone. You deserve support, and you deserve tools that actually help.
Let’s explore that together.
I’m Angela, and I help women who’ve spent years showing up for everyone else, but now feel unsure how to show up for themselves.
Whether you're walking through divorce, adjusting to life as your kids grow up, navigating a major transition, or healing from the weight of an unhealthy relationship, I’m here to support you through it. You might not feel like yourself lately, or maybe you’re realizing you’ve never really had the space to figure out who you are.
Together, we’ll work to untangle the stress, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm that’s built up over time. I’ll help you better understand yourself, reconnect with your needs, and build a sense of peace you can actually feel. Every step of our work will be shaped around your story, your pace, and what healing looks like for you.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need a place to start and someone who truly gets it.
My style
I believe that true change happens in safe environments.
You’ve spent so long taking care of everyone else that you’re not even sure who you are anymore.
Maybe life looks different than you ever imagined. If you’re navigating divorce, kids growing up, a move, or the weight of a blended family dynamic, I see you. You might be grieving the loss of what you thought life would be, or quietly carrying the emotional toll of surviving a relationship that wasn’t safe. Even if you’re “holding it all together” on the outside, inside you may feel exhausted, resentful, or just... lost.
I’m Angela, and I help women and moms reconnect with themselves in the middle of life transitions that feel like they’re pulling everything apart. Whether you're adjusting to an empty house, navigating divorce, or managing the complex emotions that come with parenting, you're not meant to do this alone.
In our first sessions, we’ll focus on getting to know you. I want to help you explore your story, your strengths, and the version of yourself that’s been waiting for a place to land. I want to understand what healing means to you, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and steady.
Often, stressors from the past don’t stay in the past. They show up in people-pleasing, in burnout, in feeling stuck between guilt and anger. Sometimes they hide in the way we keep saying "I'm fine" when we’re not, or how hard it feels to ask for what we need. Whether you’re dealing with grief, emotional overwhelm, or just trying to find yourself again, I’ll help you gently unpack what’s been weighing on you and begin to build something new.
You don’t need to come in knowing the right words or the perfect plan. You just need a place where you can exhale and begin.
I approach therapy with cultural responsiveness and a deep respect for the many identities that shape who you are. I recognize that your experiences are layered, and that healing must honor your full, lived reality. My goal is to hold space for every part of your story, without judgment and with care.
I believe you deserve to feel grounded in who you are, even when life is shifting around you.
My background in trauma and life transitions gives me the tools to help you work through the pain of the past so you can start living in the present with more clarity, confidence, and self-trust. But beyond training, I know how important it is to feel like you're working with someone who truly gets it, especially when you've spent years putting your own needs last.
In a world that expects you to smile through the hard stuff, my goal is to offer you a space where you don’t have to pretend. You can be messy, unsure, grieving, exhausted, or all of the above. You get to show up exactly as you are.
I am experienced in helping others navigate life transitions like empty nesting, divorce, blended family challenges, and the complex emotions that come with parenting, especially for those involved in the foster care system. I also understand the unique toll of surviving abusive relationships and the weight that brings.
My approach to therapy is deeply human. I’m not here to judge you or “fix” you. I’m here to walk alongside you. Like you, I’m someone who’s lived through change, asked hard questions, and learned to grow in the middle of uncertainty. I believe you already have strength within you, and together, we’ll create space for that strength to grow.
You don’t have to carry it all by yourself anymore. You deserve support that actually supports you.
